Commission fees (8-12%) are automatically calculated when participants purchase photos. We handle all payment processing and send you earnings regularly. All-Access Pass has no commissions since companies pay upfront.

How accurate is the AI face recognition?+

Our AI face recognition technology delivers high accuracy for participant matching. Performance varies based on photo quality, lighting conditions, and crowd density. The system works best with clear, well-lit photos.

How long are photos hosted?+

Pay-Per-Event: 3-6 months depending on tier. All-Access Pass: 12 months for all plans. After hosting expires, photos move to archive storage and can be restored for a small fee if needed.

Can I remove Great Pics branding and use my own?+

Absolutely! Our Enterprise and higher tiers include complete white-label solutions where you can replace all Great Pics branding with your own company logo, colors, and domain.
